Refund policy

You can get a refund for unused credits within 14 days of buying them.

How it works

• Refunds cover the credits from that purchase that haven't been used yet. Credits already spent on analysis or drafts can't be refunded.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle, our merchant of record.
• The refunded credits are removed from the project.

How to ask

Email support@thumbnailcat.com with the email address on your receipt, or reply to your Paddle receipt. You can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net.

If something went wrong, for example a charge you didn't expect or credits that never arrived, tell us even after 14 days and we'll sort it out.
