Terms of service

Last updated 16 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Thumbnail Cat ("we", "us") and any credits you buy. By using Thumbnail Cat or buying credits, you agree to them.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

The service

Thumbnail Cat is a Discord bot that tracks the homepage thumbnails of Roblox games you connect, uses AI to analyse their performance and recommend changes, and generates draft thumbnails. It works through your Discord server and the Roblox Open Cloud API key you provide.

Credits

Your responsibilities

AI output

Analysis and drafts are generated by AI and can be wrong. They aren't a guarantee of more plays or any other result. Draft images you approve are yours to use, subject to the rights of anything you supplied.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Thumbnail Cat running but don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Roblox, Discord or AI providers may change or limit their services. We may update the service and these terms; we'll post changes here, and continued use means you accept them.

Ending use

You can stop using Thumbnail Cat at any time by removing the project or the bot. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, chargebacks or breaking these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Thumbnail Cat is provided as is, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue or players. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
